Not only does it look disgusting, it is imbalanced. Frankly, that up there is unacceptable; borderline criminal. Being placed under citizen's arrest for making one would be doing society a huge favor.

I am so sick of the cupcake trend and can't wait for macarons to take over. Actually, I've been whining about how sick of cupcakes I am for a while. However, whiskey cupcakes is one that I will forever enjoy (I think.) Never tried 'em but I bet they're delicious.

The section about umami added in these prepackaged foods was, well, interesting. It is nauseating how manufacturers preverse the definition of umami and what it is about. My thoughts on umami are here.

Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Starbucks...and now McDonald's. Sad to see a refined cookie butchered; happy to see macarons popularized. Ecstatic to see the end of the cupcake craze. Finally. FINALLY!
